Epididymis: body and tail

A longitudinal section of the epididymis reveals its comma shape. The epididymis is divided into a head region (containing the efferent ducts coiled into cone shapes and the duct of the epididymis) and a body and a tail (both of which contain only the single, highly coiled duct of the epididymis). The section shown here consists only of the head and body of the epididymis. 10x
